Do I have to follow a strict diet?
No strict diets, no food rules, no cutting out everything you enjoy. Ava's nutrition degree means she builds plans around real life — your schedule, your budget, foods you actually like. If you can't picture yourself eating it in six months, it's not a plan worth following.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients feel stronger and more confident within 2–3 weeks. Visible changes usually follow from week 4 onwards with consistent training and nutrition. Ava tracks your progress fortnightly and adjusts the plan based on what's actually happening — not guesswork.
What happens in the free consultation?
